+ Click vào file setup.exe ( bên trong thư mục vừa giải nén ) để cài game, chọn đường dẫn, nhấn next cho qua các bước và quá trình cài đặt sẽ được tiến hành

+ Sau khi cài đặt xong bạn vào thư mục crack ( Bên trong thư mục lúc đầu giải nén ) copy file LOTD vào thư mục Land Of The Dead/System ( Đây là thư mục sau khi cài đặt game ). Khi có thông báo chép chồng lên file cũ có nghĩa là bạn đã chép đúng rồi.

- Cheat [ Bất tử - infinite súng và đạn dược ]

+ Vào game bình thường, sau đó bấm phím ~ [ phím này nằm trước phím số 1 ] trên hàng phím số và dưới phím Esc. Sau đó bạn sẽ thấy xuất hiện dấu nháy để nhập ký tự vào, bạn nhập 1 sỗ mã sau:

** Lưu ý quan trọng:

+ Trong màn đầu tiên không được sử dụng mã cheat ( bất cứ mã nào ) cho đến khi bạn lấy được chiếc chìa khóa mở cửa nhà kho. Bạn phải sử dụng súng cùi bắp ( Sniper ) và tay không đánh bọn zombie, cho đến khi 1 con zombie ở trong nhà phá cửa hầm và bạn vào hầm lấy chìa khóa mở cửa nhà kho thì bạn mới sử dụng cheat được. Nếu sử dụng cheat trước thì không bao giờ bạn thấy 1 con zombie phá cửa hầm và bạn không đời nào vào hầm lấy chìa khóa mở cửa nhà kho và ko bao giờ qua màn được nên bạn lưu ý điều đó.

+ Các màn sau sử dụng cheat tùy ý, bạn nên kết hợp cheat: ALLAMMO + WEAPONS + GOD là OK nhất.

+ Cheat GOD chỉ áp dụng cho mỗi màn riêng biệt, có nghĩa là nếu muốn bất tử bạn phải sử dụng cheat này khi qua 1 màn mới, còn các cheat khác chỉ áp dụng 1 lần thôi.

+ Khi thấy đạn sắp hết hoặc đơn giản bạn muốn còn thật nhiều đạn thì cứ sử dụng mã ALLAMMO để tăng lại 999 viên đạn.
